Ok, we found the right property and now we need to negotiate with the owner, and also with his agent, beside this we also have to arrange closing team, maybe an attorney for an advice, and no need to forget that we need to talk daily to the mortgage broker, title company, scheduling a home inspection, and it’s a foreclosure or a short sale maybe have to talk the Bank Foreclosure Department and get all documentation done correctly & etc.. – not easy tasks to be honest.
